Parishioners: |

If you are
interested in becoming a member of St.
Philip Neri Parish please fill out the New
Parishioner Sign-Up Form which can be found
in Church on the tables near the entrances.
After you have completed the New Parishioner
Sign-Up Form, you will be contacted by
Parish Secretary, Yvette Ecuyer, with
further instructions for finalizing your
registration.

Why Register? |
| |
If you attend St. Philip
Neri Church regularly, but are not
registered with the Parish, we urge you to
register. If a priest is to officiate at
Sacraments, he must know that you are a
registered member of the parish. If you are
asked to be a sponsor for Confirmation or a
god-parent for a Baptism in another parish,
you are expected to present a letter from
your pastor to show that you are a
practicing Catholic and a member of St.
Philip Neri Parish. |

Changes in your
status: |
| |
If you are already a
registered parishioner and your status has
changed (i.e. marriage, new address, etc.)
please call the rectory and give the new
information. Or you may write the changes on
a piece of paper and place it in the
collection basket at Mass and the changes
will be made to your parish records.
