The primary purpose of
NAIM is to promote the spiritual and social
welfare of widows and widowers. The
organization is a self-help group which
offers emotional support and spiritual and
social activities exclusively to the widowed
members of our Archdiocese. Through NAIM you
meet friends who are in a similar situation,
persons who can best understand the life of
the widowed. We are a fun group, offering a
variety of programs, including guest
speakers, social activities, and an annual
Christmas dinner. In the months of February,
May, August, and November we all attend the
4:00 pm Saturday Mass at St. Philip Neri in
honor of our departed spouses, and follow
with a Pot Luck dinner. In the other months
(except December), we meet on the second
Wednesday at 7:00 pm.
